We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in developing and maintaining scalable web applications using PHP and modern frameworks. You will play a key role in architecting and implementing high-performance backend solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the best coding practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain web applications using PHP and modern frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.
- Design and implement scalable and secure backend solutions.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Develop and manage APIs (RESTful & GraphQL) for seamless data exchange.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Manage databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, ensuring efficiency and security.
- Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely project delivery.
- Utilize Git for version control and collaborative development.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and code reviews.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in WordPress, Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.
- Proficiency in working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns.
- Experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Vue.js, or React is a plus.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services like AWS or DigitalOcean is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is an advantage.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
- Understanding of WebSocket and real-time application development.
