We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and bring ideas to life using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and the full suite of design platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design:
Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Collaborate with product teams to design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that enhance user experiences.
Graphic Design:
Develop creative assets such as banners, brochures, social media posts, and branding materials.
Design for both digital (websites, mobile apps) and print (flyers, posters, business cards).
Brand Identity Development:
Design logos, style guides, and brand identity elements.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
Collaboration:
Work closely with developers, marketers, and project managers to ensure designs align with project goals.
Incorporate feedback and make revisions in a timely manner.
Research and Innovation:
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to create cutting-edge designs.
Conduct market and user research to inform design decisions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across web, mobile, and print.
Understanding of responsive design and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in motion graphics using After Effects or similar tools.
Knowledge of 3D design tools like Blender or Cinema 4D.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and user-centered design principles.
